Scoutlio works because of the trust between families, coaches, and facilities. These guidelines keep our community positive and safe for everyone.

Be respectful

Treat everyone — athletes, parents, coaches, and facility staff — with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior are not tolerated.

Be honest

• Coaches: represent your experience and credentials accurately.
• Families: provide accurate information when booking.
• Everyone: leave honest, fair reviews based on real experiences.

Be reliable

• Show up on time for booked sessions.
• Give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Honor the commitments you make through the platform.

Keep it on-platform

Booking and communicating through Scoutlio protects everyone and keeps a clear record if any issue arises.

Prioritize safety

Follow all facility rules and prioritize the wellbeing of athletes at all times, especially minors.

Enforcement

Violating these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from Scoutlio. To report a violation, email hello@scoutl.io.
