Your family's safety is our top priority. Here's how we work to keep Scoutlio a safe place to find coaching.

Coach review

Every coach is reviewed before they can appear on the platform. Coaches cannot register themselves — each one is approved individually.

Reporting a concern

If you ever feel unsafe or notice behavior that violates our standards, report it immediately to hello@scoutl.io. We review every report and take appropriate action, up to and including removing a coach from Scoutlio.

Best practices for families

• Keep communication and payments on the platform where possible.
• Meet at reputable, well-lit facilities.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, contact us.
• For younger athletes, a parent or guardian should be present or nearby.

Facility standards

We partner with established rinks and training centers. Facilities are responsible for maintaining safe, insured, and properly staffed environments.
